High Protein Vegan Iced Cappuccino
This refreshing vegan iced cappuccino is a healthy and high protein alternative to the sugary coffee shop favorite!

Ingredients
1 cup of plant-based milk (almond milk used in video)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (or more) vegan protein powder ( I love Vegan Pure Vanilla )
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 cup of ice
Sweetener if desired
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor, pour into a glass and enjoy!
